Google Traffic service

Hi,

please add the possibility to show the Google/Bing Traffic data in the maps. Would be very useful in areas where are much jams.

Recently, it seems to me that Google stops providing its overlay tiles for traffic, at least at the URL I have. I keep the overlay tile in 1.4.2 but I may remove it later if I don't find how to get Google tiles again.
