Add smoke tests

Right now I depend on manual tests to check tex live has been installed successfully.

After having a pipeline (https://github.com/dc-uba/docker-alpine-texlive/issues/7), I could have a test phase were some documents get compiled and I check for the md5 of the produced pdf or just errors.
