Include bin/ in package

It would be nice to include the bin/ directory in the package so that the tools are available without having to clone the source code repository.

There's some overhead here because then I'd have to version the scripts. Which one are you using?

I was going to use generate-client-interfaces.js but I ended up just doing it manually.
