A proper realization of AutofacBootstrapper and AutofacPhoneContainer for WP7.

Why has not this PR been progressed yet? It resolves, for example, the Storage mechanism for Tombstoning which it is not working in current master version.

I've actually implemented something pretty similar for WP8.
