Improve DOI auto-filling behaviour

When DOI filling fails user input may be destroyed. The new suggestion UI is slightly better in that regard.

Basically ship the form on the server when DOI filling is requested and return the data whenever it fails.

More generally we might want to undo DOI filling. Also we might want to refill (and undo) after the reference has been integrated.
