Suggestion UI, better integration workflow

After suggestion integration we do not automatically suppress the suggestion, since there is data like the suggester email address we might still be interested in.

However this renders the list of suggestions confusing as nothing distinguish treated suggestions from non-treated ones.

We should store the fact that a reference was created for a suggestion, render those suggestions separately or differently and offer an option to bulk delete them.
