`cmarkit latex` command babel support

cmarkit html has a BCP47 --lang option to specify the language of the document.

It would be nice to support the same interface in cmarkit latex via babel. But a quick test seemed to indicate babel doesn't eat BCP47. Something should be figure out (is there a translation table somewhere ?)
