the problem is the `:` in the filename. we should think of something, maybe simply url encode the node name?
not sure if there can not be use cases where people have different default paths, and extra services - so simply considering this an error sounds not good.
please check the symfony log (app/logs/prod.log resp. dev.log and the nginx/apache logfile. when you get a blank page, there is very likely some php error somewhere. if it can't render...

in FOSHttpCache, we have no doctrine integrations. we don't have a guesser architecture there. the problem doing that would be to know which object to use. see also https://github.com/FriendsOfSymfony/FOSHttpCacheBundle/issues/184 for...
this bundle is no longer actively maintained, so you need to search on your own. maybe it works in an older version of symfony? or is the routing not loaded?...
Is this related to #132 or can we do a sitemap with the current stuff? the sitemap should consist of only the canonical links i assume?
