Handling of empty values for int_all_graph_resources

Describe the bug

When a field is “empty” for a given record in int_all_graph_resources, sometimes it’s NULL, sometimes it’s actually empty, and sometimes it’s ‘None’. We should do some cleanup to make all of these NULL.
