I strongly encourage you to check this pretty-new HQ (but very simple) resampling algorithm:

• HA discussion 3ad;
• (working) Python code example;
• C (Windows) port by @mrspoonsi.

Last but not least, I've added your project too in the HyMPS project A/V resources collection under the AUDIO section \ Treatments page \ Resampling: enjoy.

Yes, I have been following along on HA about this and have been meaning to take a look.

In the meantime I have been making some improvements to my resampler for the case of fixed ratio conversions (which my code was actually never intended to do). Once that's done we'll see where things sit.
