volume-redisplay: Args out of range: 9, 110 when the volume level exceeds 100%

Greeting.

• Given that my system volume level exceeds 100%

  

• When I try use volume

  

• Then I get the error

  

    volume-redisplay: Args out of range: 9, 110
  

I have to lower the volume using another sound control (like pavucontrol) and the trouble disappears.
