migrate DBpedia yago generation scripts

I created a script from the process description, currently it takes very long and the resulting .nt files are rather big. There is one linkset for the types which could be inserted here which is 9GB and the yago links are over 570 MB. I would run bzip over those files, however they would be still rather big, should the be placed within the git repo or just on the server?
