support for Thai language

Can i build model for Thai language ?

I'm not sure about all the steps required to add a new language. You could have a look at https://github.com/dbpedia-spotlight/model-quickstarter to get started. The index_db.sh script takes care of the raw data downloading, but you'll want to provide a stopword list for Thai.

Thank you @aolieman @wannaphongcom: As @aolieman told, you can start sending us a PR with stopwords in Thai language. When it is ready, we can try to build a model and adjust something to improve the model.
