click outside the popview and then move back the cursor,the cursor will not change

thanks for your share. i found that like the title,if I click out side the popview,when i move back the cursor ,the cursor will always be the arrow shape,unless i click the icon to hide the popview and click again to make the popview popagain ,the cursor changing can be work
