Resnet50 backbone to increase speed?

Hi, I tried to use the resnet50 pretrained weights to train on my custom dataset, but the weights size is the same as when using resnet101... I feel like I'm loading resnet50 weights into a fixed resnet101 backbone. How can I train on a resnet50 backbone, in order to increase speed performances at runtime?
