Any documentation about Transfer Learning with Yolact++

@dbolya I am trying to train Yolact++ on custom datasets using Transfer learning. Is this possible with Yolact++? Is there any documentation about yolact++ config setup and so on? Any help in this regard would be really helpful. Thanks
