File or resolution limit?

This tool is very useful, thank you!

However, I'm trying to upload a 1080p video for annotation that is 1 minute long (38.5 MB) and the frame extraction never starts. I've successfully annotated 720p videos that are larger in file size. Is there a limit to the video resolution?

There seems to have no restriction on video's resolution. In my case, the tool is not able to extract a video in 640 x 480, but after I convert the video's Codec from JPEG to H.264 using https://www.ofoct.com/video-converter/convert-to-h-264-video.html tool, I was able to extract the video and start labelling!
