Give admins visibility into who's opted in and out

How can I see what users are currently opted in? I opt out some users when they're on holidays etc but I'd like to see who's currently included in these meetings, is that possible?

Maybe an API + a tool/command line way to get the info? A .cvs extension to the API that exports the data as CSV?
