Opt out people inactive for a very long time

I got an ex-employee who still has an account but Slack classes as being inactive, might be in the API?

The account was disabled and yours shouldn't have been paired with. That said we should opt out people who have been inactive on slack for a very long time anyway, reasonable feature request.
