Deployed the [branch to TEST](https://riffraff.gutools.co.uk/deployment/view/681b99dd-18cf-4a23-996d-503ecbecb3ff), and the healthcheck for image loader (https://loader.media.test.dev-gutools.co.uk/management/healthcheck) came back - suggesting the issue I have localy is something localstack (or maybe local machine?) related.
