Add Sync for Lemmy

It was recently released and is a successor of the popular (now defunct) Sync for Reddit app.

Sync for lemmy is closed source?

I don't think we should add commercial closed source stuff , Closed source applications have enough good places they can promote themselves like alternativeto tags or questions on slant.co (see linked examples)

I'm happy to abandon this PR if this list is meant to exclusively list open source tools; however, that is not made explicit anywhere. @dbeley can you confirm whether this is the case?
