Header and footer missing in .odt

In an .odt file headers and footers are not included in the extracted content.xml and is therefore missing from the text string that is returned from fromFileWithPath method. Thanks for the PR, hope to jump in an get a few things knocked out and a new release pushed soon. I tend to wait for a few things to build up and then jump in and take care of them all at once.
