No file snap/bin/pandora
I am trying to install Pandora-box. Everything works fine but when I try this one line to troubleshoot :
poetry run pandora --url [http://127.0.0.1:6100] -f eicar.com.txt
It shows me this error :
No such file or directory: b'/snap/bin/pandora' at /usr/lib/python3.10/os.py:

I am still working on it. There are issues with the installation of Pandora. I try to fix it by the end of this week.

I re-installed the pandora-box again and when i try switching to the user pandora and opening the terminal, i get this error:
mesg; impossible d'ouvrir /dev/pts/0: Permission non accordée

But when I try opening the terminal and clicking on F11 immediately (which open it in full screen), the terminal opens in full screen and i get pandora-box running !
I also tried the eicar.com.txt file as a test, and it opens a page with the text "pending tast!"
After 2 hours, i checked the website and it says clean file for the eicar, which is weird.
I even tried putting the file in a flash disk but it says "0 files scanned, 0 files infected". I discovered that when mount the flash disk, it's in /media/'username'/''flash disk'. But when i check out the pandora box, it says "partition mounted at /media/box". So I think this should be changed in the code.
When i do a "tail -500f /var/log/pandora_message.log" i find this error message repeated many times :

Le problème ressemble mais ce n'est pas la même chose. En effet, le pandora box me dit '0 files scanned'. Je pense que le path n'est pas bon. Quand j'ai essayé de changé le path dans toutes les lignes du fichier .py, le scan ne marche plus.
Non, ubuntu desktop. le Ubuntu Server n'a pas d'interface graphique, que terminal.
Le problème du point de montage provient de là. Pandora-box fonctionne avec Ubuntu 24.04 Server

J'ai installé Ubuntu server et le pandora-box. Le logiciel se lance direct quand j'ouvre le PC mais quand je met une clé USB avec EICAR, il ne détecte rien et ne scanne rien. j'ai trouvé des errors dans les logs de pandora-box (voir photo jointe)
- Portable Dell
- OS: Ubuntu Server 24.04.2 avec OpenSSH
- Installation réalisée sans modification du fichier install.sh
Cela provient de LibreOffice. Il nous faudrait les logs complets de l'erreur pour pouvoir t'aider :
- pandora-box.log
- pandora_error.log
- pandora_message.log
Pourrais-tu également envoyer le résultat de ces commandes :
- df -h
- free -h
- lscpu
Voici les fichiers demandés. Pour les commandes df -h / free -h / lscpu , les sorties sont dans cmd.txt. Merci d'avance.
cmd.txt pandora-box.log pandora_error.log pandora_message.log
Il y a des analyses qui ne se sont pas terminées avec OpenOffice.
Cela consomme toute la mémoire. (à vérifeir avec ps -aux)
Pour vider le cache :
poetry run stop
rm pandora/cache/dump.rdb
poetry run start
Un changement est en cours dans Pandora pour améliorer cela.
Merci pour les solutions. J'ai lancé les commandes. Mais, le problème persiste et je reçois le même resultat : 0 files scanned, 0 files infected et le USB contient plusieurs fichiers txt et html et gz et log.
On vient d'avoir le même problème ici, ClamAV est mal installé.
Essaye de supprimer clamav.yml du répertoire ~/pandora/pandora/workers et redémarre la pandora-box.
Des tests vont être ajoutés pour que cela ne se produise plus.

La pandora-box ne trouve pas de fichiers lors des scans de mes périphériques USB : Scan done in 0.1s , 0 files scanned, 0 files infected
Cependant quand je mount l'un de mes clefs usb (sur la même machine), je retrouve bien leurs fichiers et arborescences.
Est-ce possible que le pandora-box n'a pas fait le mount proprement ?
Aussi, y-a-t-il une commande pandora-box pour lancer le scan depuis le terminal ?

Avez-vous bien installé Pandora-Box avec Ubuntu Server LTS 24.04 ?
Dans cette version, le montage des clés USB est manuel.
Vous pouvez vérifier les dispositifs montés avec la commande mount
Je recommande une réinstallation. Nous avons effectué quelques ajustements ces derniers jours.
J'ai bien installé la dernière version du Ubuntu Server Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS https://ubuntu.com/download/server
J'ai vérifié avec les commandes mount et lsblk, voici le résultat :
Depuis vos derniers commits, j'ai tout fait de nouveau. J'ai re installé et configuré le ubuntu serveur et mis le pandora box.

Je vais ajouter des logs dans Pandora-box pour analyser le problème. On pourras refaire le test dans quelques jours.
Les logs ont été améliorés. Tu peux effectuer ces commandes :
rm /var/log/pandora-box.log
cd pandora-box
git pull
et relancer la pandora-box puis m'envoyer les logs.
