visual mode not working expectly

Hello, I got some problem with selection behavior in visual mode.

In visual mode, while pressing h (the same as LEFT_ARROW), the bidirectional characters will be selected. While pressing l (the same as RIGHT_ARROW), the selection window will move to right by one frame.

I am using M1 mac, Monterey 12.0.1.

I wonder if there is any problem with my configuration, or this is an incompatible bug with Monterey.
