Other emulations

Hi. There are emulators in MAME that are not in here, e.g. 'bbcb' (The BBC Micro). Is this a simple job to request this to be added? Might also be worth considering using JSBeeb https://github.com/mattgodbolt/jsbeeb directly. I have a lot of items I'd like to upload to the Internet Archive which would greatly benefit from having an emulator available. Thx.

I'd also request the c64, hbf700f and fsa1wsx (the most useful MSX 1 & 2 drivers, imo). There are a lot of absolutely important and beloved games and applications on those computers.

I'm in the process of verifying Vice 2.44 in the browser. After that has been verified as working mostly I will then port Vice 3.1 to the browser.

Vice is great, but the MAME driver is also perfectly functional... I have used it a bunch.

The advantage of MAME over Vice for this use is that they accept statefiles as launch parameters. Loading games on a C64 is too hard for most people who didn't grow up with it, so I'm working on setting up some savestates for computers so that the emulator can boot right into the software.
