Hover-overs for effects hitting all Torments are not context-aware

Note this only affects the hover-over numbers, not the actual Interpretation dealt, which was accurate.

In this example I had received 1 Anxiety and had 1 Focus, so the primary Interpretation should hit the targetted Torment for 8 and all others for 1.

As I hover over a Torment, the numbers show 7 above each. 8 is the Interpretation that will be dealt to the target and 1 to all others. They should read 8 for the Bully when I hover-over the Bully and 1 for the Laughing One.
