Damage during access should be applied immediately.
An example:
Runner accesses 2 cards from RD, first is Shock, he then accesses the 2nd, after the run it's over the land from Shock! lands.
Damage should be resolve as soon as it occurs, the current way is a disadvantage to the runner that has to decide on the next cards without yet knowing which card he's going to lose. (i.e. he sees a trashable card but he doesn't know if he is about to lose an economic card from Grip, this could drastically change the outcome).
At the moment it's just not possible with the restrictions I have to work with. I'll leave it open in case I can figure out some way to do this propertly in the future. If you're really concerned about it, explain to your opponent that you would like to avoid trashing the card if you lose an economic card and put the card back in the R&D
It's ok, didn't bother me that much, just mentioning it in case someday we have a way to fix it!
