Daytona should use the "~/.config" folder only for data related to configurations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Daytona uses the "~/.config" folder (on Linux based systems) for storing all important data, starting from config files but all the way to the SQLite database and provider binaries. This might cause confusion and might overall be a poor pattern.

We should move all the non-config data to a new location - perhaps "/var/lib/daytona" would make more sense?

We also need a solution for all operating systems as a part of this issue.
