Document JB IDE setup steps

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We should document / alert the user about the requirements to have JetBrains IDEs work properly with Daytona. This is mostly to tell them they need JetBrains Gateway set up and perhaps some other dependencies.

Describe the solution you'd like I think having the response from the daytona ide command be appended with the installation steps is the simplest way to go about this. It would also be nice to have a separate check for "jetbrains gateway" being available when trying to code into a workspace and to alert the user if not.

Additional context There has been issues with people trying to run the JB IDE without having a Gateway installed and it erroring.
