Support getting logs on windows

Describe the bug Running "daytona create" or "daytona server logs" returns level=error msg="exec: \"tail\": executable file not found in %PATH%" There are no logs shown

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run the daytona server on Windows
  2. Run "daytona create"
  3. No logs appear on the client side and the daytona server terminal prints out the mentioned error

Expected behavior Logs should work fine in Windows

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11
  • Daytona Version: v0.3.1
