Clone target

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Add a daytona target clone command that prompts the user to select an existing target configuration and guides them through the TUI with prefilled values coming from the chosen target. Only the "name" field placeholder should be left empty.

Additional context The goal is to make it easier to add targets with different e.g. resource numbers but same token.
