Assets modal does not scroll when nested

Steps to reproduce

-> Create some type of modal nesting ( it occurs starting one level in, even though my screenshot is two ) -> In that modal, make sure there's a WYSIWYG editor, and click the insert an image button -> The Assets > Selectmodal can not scroll down far enough to actually select the asset.

Yeah... that ones a bit tricky and I think the nested modal may need to be rethought in how it is displayed.

Yeah, I tried to dig into it with no luck. It seems really strange that this specific type of modal doesn't scroll, but all the other ones do when nested.... I couldn't find anything unique about modal_select as compared to the others.

This isn't an immense problem for me, so I wouldn't put it high on the list if you have other pressing issues.

If I end up figuring it out I'll let you know.
