Support rotate at corners

@daybrush Can you add Rotation at corners feature, this feature will make UX better, because when we have alot of elements in the art board, display rotation control at top, bottom, left, and right is weird. You can see almost drawing tool using rotate at corners, e.g: Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, corel, ....... And this is demo of Figma:

Anyway, your commit for "fix: fix control points rotation #151" is very good. Thank you for your library. And sorry if I opened so much issues.

This seems to take time. I start with the bug and add it later.

It is very good to be the direction that moveable develops. I appreciate your issue registration.

I'll try to implement this and create a PR if I managed to do it. 🚀 But I also agree that the suggested approach has a better UX, not to mention that since users have seen it in almost every other editing application, they expect it to work that way. Maybe providing an option to keep it the old way could also help.
