No instructions on how to get started

There is a Quick start section in the README, but this just mentions a number of code snippets. I'd expect a number of CLI instructions on how to get this application running. Likely starting with git clone ..., ending with the command which starts the application and starts up the GUI and/or generates some output.

How to get the application running is probably obvious for Geger developers, but not for those stepping through a number of projects to find the one which gets closest to their needs. Attracting users is all about lowering the entry barrier. Once there is something going, people happily invest more into getting the best use.
