Добрый вечер. Кто нить исправлял донную ошибку ? Connection error: Cannot connect to host api-invest.tinkoff.ru:443 ssl:True [SSLCertVerificationError: (1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1129)')]. Try to reconnect

обновлял в python pip install --upgrade certifi результата нет.
