Doesn't show any GUI on Windows 7

Running the app only opens a process (as seen in the Task Manager), not an accompanying GUI. Is it not intended to work on Windows 7?

I tried the latest release, 0.5.0. Then I tried 0.4.1 just to check. Neither works.

Update: I've deleted my last comment, because the program works, but it is by default reduced to taskbar icon. On Windows 10 2004 and version 0.5, if I click on icon, it works and shows GUI (but strangely, the icon is automatically hidden by default)

Oh yeah. XD There is an invisible icon.

The program doesn't work for me, though. If I try to merge two images into a PDF, it just goes on forever, not showing any result.
