Error while sending mail from github repo

while using the action-send-mail in my yml, I'm using microsoft account email address. server_address: smtp.office365.com server_port: 587

Also entered the username and password in secrets. Still I'm getting error for unsuccessful authentication. Is there any specific steps need to be followed for using the microsoft account email address?
