where to put the 3 files?

Hi, after cloning the 3 files where do i have to put them when drush itsaself is located in my homedirectoy/.drush?

It is considered as best practice to ship drush commands with your project. Clone drush_language to sites/default/drush/commands or drush/commands in your Drupal repo.

I've put them in sites/all/drush/drush_language/ here and it's working fine.
