no idea, unfortunately... seeing as how you can't reproduce this, i assume it happens infrequently? if so, can you keep an eye on it to see if it always happens...

the problem was that the exceptions were logged both in the virtual OnHandlerException methods, as well as in the code that's around the calling of the request handlers. i think...
