Hide / show elements in the tool menu

When hovering an element in the tool menu, show an icon on the right to hide the element from the list. When at least one element is hidden in the menu, add an ellipsis "..." at the end of the menu to temporarily show hidden elements. When hovering a temporarily displayed element, show an icon on the right to display it permanently.
