Option to disable mini preview

Would it be possible to add an option to disable the use of mini preview?

I use LaTeX Beamer class of Till Tantau. When I use your pdf-presenter-console, the next slide that is called animation slide is not displayed on the right side of the screen, but as a very small preview on the bottom. So, it is very hard for me to speak the right thing at the end of presenting the current slide.

Although the mini-preview can be enlarged, I still find it hard to switch my eye-balls between the bottom side and the right side. So, it would be very great if I can have everything on the right side.

+1 from here. Might try to come up with a patch this week or the next.
