Presentation window not going fullscreen (Ubuntu 12.04, Unity)

I'm using revision SHA: 3ab8499, compiled with Vala 0.18.0. I've posted a screenshot of the presenter's window here https://www.dropbox.com/s/8buxuxa75l3y2m7/screenshot-pdfpc-presenter-window.png , but it's the same thing with the presentation window.
