Full Screen display doesn't work in Mac OS X (10.6.8)
The bottom of the display is cut off by the height of the menu bar, and the menu bar is still visible.

Since this is the speaker screen, I can live with the menu bar being visible (although I'd prefer not!) but cutting the bottom off the timer is really annoying!
(the first time I ran there was also a white bar at the top, and even more of the bottom of the screen was cut off. I don't seem to be able to reproduce this.)
I am testing without an additional screen.
I have no experience with OSX, so this is just supposition: It seems that pdfpc is indeed running in fullscreen mode, but inside the X11 server window. You should probably tell X11 to run in fullscreen itself. The first hit in google is this. Please give it a try and report if it solves the issue for you.
Sadly, this is only available for OS X 10.7, Lion, and later. As I said, I'm running 10.6, Snow Leopard, which doesn't have support for full screen apps and their dynamically created spaces (desktops.)
By jumping into the X11 preferences, I can set "do full screen" (although this is fiddly to exit from) but even then the bottom is still cut off the timer (even though the bar is gone from the top.)
However, I can't take a screenshot of this, because X11 interrupts the OS X keyboard shortcut (and OS X doesn't have/listen to a print screen key.)
Did you go into fullscreen before or after starting pdfpc? This can make a difference, as pdfpc does not resize its windows once created.
