contact images not loading

i updated gvnotifier to the latest version, v1.4.3.201 and all the images for my google contacts are gone. i've tried the "sync google contacts" menu item several times, also restarted gvnotifier but to no avail. how do i get the images reloaded?

Hi. This may be too late to be useful to you, but just in case someone else has this issue. For whatever reason "small icons" are still working within the GVNotifier app.

1. Go to the GVNotifier preferences/settings
2. In the first group of options check the box titled "small contact icons"
3. Click apply
4. Completely close and exit out of GVNotifier
5. Re-open GVNotifier from start menu and the contact images should be back (but really small)
