Manually adding course modules to the checklist

Hi Davo, thanks for your plugin. It's very usefull and teachers at my university are using it alot. I have one question/request regarding the setting "Show course modules in checklist". It would be nice to have an option "Manual", so teachers can manually select which course modules are displayed in the checklist. Some teachers use multiple checklists per course and they use the option "whole course". When they create a new activity, they have to remove this activity from all checklist except the one they want the activity to appear. If there was an option to set "Show course modules in checklist" to "manual", they could add new items and just add them to the checklist they want. This would save many clicks and would be an improvement to the plugin. I hope i explained it good enough and you know what i mean. What do you think about such an option? Best Regards Ralf

Potentially sounds like a good idea - I'd be happy to review some code that implemented that feature, but I'm unlikely to look at it myself in my spare time.
