no prebuilt binaries for electron 4.0.4, a.k.a. abi 69

  • node-pty version: 0.7.6 and 0.8.1

Issue description

there are no prebuilt binaries for electron 4.0.4, not for any platform as far as i can tell; this corresponds to abi version 69 in node-abi's conventions.

i see that the last build of node-pty-prebuilt occurred on January 22, 2019. whereas the node-abi "69" support (for electron 4.04+) was added on February 3rd: https://github.com/lgeiger/node-abi/pull/57

is it possible to trigger a rebuild of node-pty-prebuilt?
