Vim is completely blocked right after installation

Hello,

I have YouCompleteMe installed, but it's master, not your fork. I installed DyeVim by placing it after YCM, but after I enter Vim, it completely blocks and displays error:

Error detected wile processing function dyevim#Enable[5]..<SNR>77_SetupPython
