when train my custom shape predictor how to process the missing point

Expected Behavior

I am trying to train my own shape predictor, and at present the landmark can not be seen I won't label that point. but after I train the model, it get wrong result.I am wondering if my train data number is small which is about 1000 (but i want to process the situation when face are rolling)
