ModPanel docs out of date

  • ModPanel.addButton(//params) is no longer a function
  • ModPanel.addLabel(//params) is no longer a function
  • There is no documentation on how to use addUIElement(IUIElement element)

As a side note, registerModBadge doesn't seem to use it's 2nd, 3rd, or 4th parameters anymore and should probably be removed
