Support encryption through certificates

I'd like to add support for pukey encryption.

As now, the Automator App supports only bash script. Would be nice to support different types of script like python, zsh, ksh.

As now, you can configure only one application with the `-a` flag. The goal is to have a way to setup multiple apps. Working on it.
